Warranty Policy
Products are covered by the warranty period stated for each model (usually 1–3 years). During the warranty period, products with manufacturing defects are replaced 1-for-1 with new ones. Dealers simply send photos/videos of the defect via Zalo; replacements are shipped with the next order or separately, depending on quantity.
Does not apply to products damaged by improper installation, unstable voltage, impact or unauthorised repair.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by model and is listed in the catalogue / quotation. New dealers can place a trial order mixing multiple models in one shipment.
Can I order samples to test first?
Yes. The factory sends samples so you can check quality. The sample fee will be deducted when you place an official order.
Do imported goods come with full paperwork and invoices?
Goods are exported through official channels with a contract, commercial invoice, packing list, CO Form E and CQ. You can import them yourself or use our delivery-to-warehouse service.
How long do production and delivery take?
In-stock goods ship within 2–3 days. Made-to-order goods take about 10–15 days depending on model and quantity, plus 3–15 days of transit depending on the route.
Do you offer logo printing and private labeling?
Yes. The factory offers OEM/ODM: logo printing, box design, Vietnamese labels and custom specifications. See details on the OEM/ODM Manufacturing page.
