Production & quality control process
6 control steps to keep every shipment to Vietnam consistent
1. Incoming Component Inspection (IQC)
LED chips, drivers and aluminium housings are sample-tested for specifications before entering the warehouse.
2. SMT Chip Mounting
Automated SMT lines mount chips onto aluminium boards and inspect solder joints.
3. Assembly
Driver, heatsink and housing assembled to the standard of each product model.
4. Burn-in Testing
100% of products undergo continuous burn-in testing to weed out early failures.
5. Final Inspection (OQC)
Luminous flux, wattage and power factor testing, plus visual inspection.
6. Packing & Shipping
Shockproof cartons, labeling, and photos of the shipment sent to the customer before dispatch.
